Start by selecting the BUSINESS DRIVER INDICATOR – you can either select a Financial Goal such as increasing revenue or reducing costs, or you can select Business Function, or who your buyer is.

Select a Financial Goal from the list.

Select a buyer from the list of BUSINESS FUNCTIONS from the list.

The KPIs shown in the final step of the pursuit are those that are most relevant to the financial goal, strategies, initiatives, and business function (buyer) that you’ve selected.

Select the KPIs that your solution can impact.
