Advocate Solution

Step 1

Step 1 on the Advocate Solution tab within Pursuit uses the Power of One to demonstrate that even with a highly conservative one percent or one day improvement estimate, your solution has the potential for a meaningful impact to the customer’s financial performance. The goal in using the Power of One is to have the customer share their goals for improvement, sharpen assumptions, and build more precise projections.

The financial metrics & KPIs shown here are those you selected in the Pursuit Focus step. Use the filters to change currency, whether to show results in millions or thousands, or whether to base the results on annual or latest 12 months’ data.

This step uses a more granular Power of One to understand the financial impact of improvement to the operational KPIs you selected in the Pursuit Focus. You can use these numbers to begin to more specifically estimate the 1% improvement impact of initiatives to the KPIs. It’s not a promise but does provide an estimate of improvement potential.

By default, the Power of One is based on a revenue size of one billion and average KPI values for the industry. To make the Power of One results more relevant to your privately held customer, you can change the revenue size by clicking on the Target Revenue filter above the KPIs.

Step 2

Step 2 in Advocate Solution is a place to continue adding your own notes for the pursuit.
